Hey,
So its been a while since my last post, but it was because I was reunited with my best friend in the beautiful city of Florence. Italy was everything I dreamed of, the food was absolutely fantastic (I never stopped eating once), the culture was amazing and the whole experience was unforgettable. I definitely walked away with some Italian leather goods which are now incorporated into almost every outfit I wear.
The weather was quite chilly but that allowed me to wear fun coats with scarves! My $10 dollar clearance black steve madden boots were amazing troopers and lasted the entire trip, cobblestones and all. Coming back home to California, not once have I changed out of shorts because the weather is so perfect here.
My mom and I also did daily trips to Rome, Venice, Cinque Terre and Tuscany. I have to say that Cinque Terre was absolutely my favorite part about the entire trip. How these little towns were built on rocky, steep cliffs, is just incredible. The food was so fresh (caught straight from the sea) and even better I found sea glass! I can not wait to fashion some jewelry from my findings.
Unfortunately now I am back at home and school has started once again. But I am enjoying switching over to a Poli Sci major! And an even better perk is one of my professors is absolutely gorgeous
